Using Clueless means agreeing to these.
What Clueless is
A desktop assistant that reads a region of your screen and answers what it finds there. It does not hide from, disable, tamper with, or attempt to defeat monitoring, proctoring, anti-cheat or security software, and it is not designed or sold for that purpose.
Using it where you are allowed to
What you point Clueless at is your decision, and so is whether that is permitted where you are. Schools, employers, exam boards, certification bodies and licensing exams frequently have rules about outside assistance. Those rules are yours to know and yours to follow. Clueless cannot know what you are looking at or what rules apply to it, and using it somewhere it is not allowed is your responsibility, not ours.
What you must not do
- Break the law with it, or use it to help anyone else do so.
- Use it to capture other people's private information without their knowledge.
- Resell, repackage or redistribute the app, or run it as a service for others.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, device limits, or billing.
- Automate it at a volume that degrades the service for other people.
Your account
You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. One account is for one person. Accounts may be suspended for breaking these terms, and abuse of the free plan through repeated throwaway accounts is included in that.
Answers are not guaranteed
Clueless uses AI models and it will sometimes be wrong, including confidently. It is not professional advice of any kind — not medical, legal, financial or academic. Check anything that matters. You are responsible for what you do with an answer.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. It may be unavailable, may change, and may have features added or removed. There is no uptime guarantee.
Paid plans
Clueless is free during early access. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be stated before you are asked to pay for anything, and nothing you already have will start charging without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Clueless is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including any consequence of relying on an answer or of using it somewhere it was not permitted.
Ending it
You may stop using Clueless and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
